Caldereta
It's time to post my first Foodtrip Friday of the year. Here is my version of Caldereta.
Actually, this was the first time i tried cooking this because i have all the ingredients in my pantry. My husband enjoyed it as much as i do. It's gravy tasted great because of the liver spread that i used.

hindi ba caldereta ito? kasi may potato, carrots, green peas and liver spread. kare kare is peanut butter based sauce.
